Campaign Settings in Jeeva AI

Unibox

  • Update your email signature under Unibox Settings → Outreach Settings.

    • You can include hyperlinks and image logos.

    • This signature is reflected when drafts are generated.

  • Daily Limit

    • Sets the maximum number of emails that can be sent to your drafts inbox.

    • Includes both net new and follow-up drafts, so emails may get rescheduled.

  • By default, the email signature is:
    Best Regards, Firstname Lastname (if not updated).

Campaigns

  • Step 3: AI generates messaging based on Step 2 inputs.

  • By default on step 3 AI crafted message is going to start loading. Wait for the message to be generated. Do not click on any other method or email generation. Once completed, you can make changes in the campaign

  • Leads from DNC list may show as enrolled but they are dropped when the sending process is in action

  • When switching from AI-crafted to Template-based, click Regenerate Email (🔄) to refresh.

  • For drafts to land in inbox:

    • Always select High Deliverability Outreach (default).

  • Generate sequentially:

    • Wait for Email 2 draft before working on Email 3.

  • By default, 3 emails are generated in all campaign methods.

  • To get open-rate analytics:

    • Uncheck Disable Tracking Link Selection (checked by default).

  • Dedup Settings prevent the same lead being reached out to more than once.

  • Autopilot Mode sends drafts to inbox without Jeeva platform approval.

  • Emails are only sent when:

    • The user clicks Send in drafts OR

    • Uses the Chrome Extension.

  • Daily leads vs. daily limit may differ (handled automatically).

  • Step 4 – Timing

    • Defines the time window for drafts to land in your inbox.

  • Attachments are supported; inline images are not (yet).

  • Follow-Ups stop when a prospect responds (positive, negative, unsubscribe, etc.), across any channel (Email or LinkedIn).

  • Forced Follow-Up:

    • Sent only if auto OOO responses OR

    • LinkedIn connection accepted but not replied.

  • Opt-Out Links are not recommended (can make emails look like marketing).

  • Every step added defaults to the end of the sequence (email/LinkedIn), but can be rearranged by drag-and-drop.

  • Use Segments in campaigns to A/B test messaging, instead of enrolling all leads in one campaign.

  • LinkedIn Account must be connected to enable LinkedIn steps.

  • In preview templates, the signature always shows the default (Best Regards, Firstname Lastname).

    • Actual signature updates when automation is activated.


AI-Crafted Messaging

  • Creates diverse, personalized messages for every lead.


  • The editor is purposely not editable because it's a preview and every prospect is going to have a different message

  • Choose the overall tone of the thread.

  • Sample preview in the text editor is not editable, since every email will be unique.

  • Example preview shows personalization using:

    • Title, Company, Industry, Location, etc.

  • Human control is available after campaign activation.

  • Coming Soon: LinkedIn Connect + LinkedIn InMail.


Template-Based Messaging

  • Semi-personalized AI messages with human control.

  • Use variables correctly:

    • Prospect-related → {{prospect_last_name}}

    • User-related → {{user_first_name}}

  • Spintax for A/B testing text:

    • Format: {{RANDOMIZE | Hi | Hey | Hello}}

    • No limit on options.

    • Not supported in custom icebreakers or variables.

  • AI Ice-Breakers → Personalized lines you can add in messaging.


  • Spintax is used only in the body and not in the subject or with any ice breaker variable

  • Templates can be saved and reused across campaigns and by other users.

  • Do not remove {{email_signature}}.

    • If removed, no signature will appear.

    • If changed to text, that text will reflect in drafts.

  • In preview:

    • Purple highlights show what will change in actual emails.

  • Control the tone of every step.

  • Can add hyperlinks and attachments.

  • LinkedIn integration:

    • Add either LinkedIn Connect OR LinkedIn InMail (not both).

    • LinkedIn 1st Connection Message is AI-generated.

    • Follow-ups must be created by the user.

    • Toggle option: send LinkedIn connection without a message.

  • Variables like {{prospect_first_name}} and {{prospect_company_name}} can be used in subject lines.

  • Subject line best practices:

    • Keep short, direct, and clear.

  • By default → Sales outreach type is selected.

  • For follow-up emails in the same thread, subject lines don’t matter.


DIY Messaging

  • Opens a blank editor — full freedom to type anything.

  • Don’t forget to add {{email_signature}}.

  • Use variables for personalization (e.g., {{prospect_first_name}}).

  • No AI icebreakers or tone adjustments.

  • Can only add the LinkedIn Connection step.

  • Coming Soon: LinkedIn InMail.
