👤Logging In

Step 1: Visit the Jeeva login page.

Step 2: Enter your email and password.

Step 3: Click Log In to access your account.

📝 How to Use the "Find Cell Phones and Emails"


Step 1: Click on Find Cell Phones and Emails under the Enrichment tab.

Step 2: Upload a CSV file containing up to 500 leads. The CSV should include the following columns:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Website

  • LinkedIn URL

Step 3: Map the correct fields from your CSV to Jeeva’s required columns and click Start Enrichment.

Step 4: Let Jeeva process the list and return enriched contact information.

📝 How to Enrich Existing Leads in CRM (Salesforce)


Step 1: Go to Integrations and select SFDC.

Step 2: Connect Salesforce (SFDC) to Jeeva using your admin credentials.

Step 3: Go to Setup in Jeeva.

Step 4: Click on SFDC Object Configuration.

Step 5: If needed, add a new object (such as Lead, Contact, Account).

Step 6: Start mapping fields by providing:

  • Matching Criteria (e.g., Company Name, Website, LinkedIn URL).

  • Mapping Criteria (fields to enrich).

Step 7: (Optional) Add filters if needed (available to admins). Save the configuration

📝 Running Enrichment on CRM Records

Step 9: Click on Try Enrich Records in CRM.

Step 10: Select an object from the drop-down.

(Only compatible objects will be displayed — must include First Name, Last Name, Company Website, Name, LinkedIn URL.)

Step 11: (Optional) Add filters to narrow down the list (by CRM Field and Field Value).

Step 12: Review the preview of records.

Step 13: Click Start Enrichment.


✅ Tip: Make sure your Salesforce object fields are properly mapped and that the records have key identifiers like LinkedIn URLs or company domains for best results.

📝 How to Enrich Leads from LinkedIn URL in Jeeva

🔹 For a Single Profile:

Step 1: Enter the LinkedIn URL into the provided field.

Step 2: Click Enrich Now.

🔹 For Bulk Profiles:

Step 1: Upload a CSV file containing the LinkedIn URLs.

(Tip: Make sure the LinkedIn URLs are placed in a single column for easy upload.)

Step 2: Map the correct field if prompted.

Step 3: Click Start Enrichment.

🔹 For a Single Email:

Step 1: Enter the email address into the provided field.

Step 2: Click Enrich Now.

(Tip: Make sure the emails are listed in a single column for easy upload.)

Step 2: Map the correct field if prompted.

Step 3: Click Start Enrichment.
