Set up and use HubSpot with Jeeva and streamline your CRM operations.

Easily integrate HubSpot with Jeeva to streamline your CRM operations. Follow this step-by-step guide to set up the integration and make the most of its features.

Step 1: Access Integration Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings:

    • Go to the top right of your Jeeva dashboard and click on Settings.

    • Select Integrations from the menu.

  2. Choose HubSpot:

    • You will see a list of CRM integrations. Click on HubSpot.

  3. Connect Your HubSpot Account:

    • Click on Connect.

    • If prompted, log in to your HubSpot account.

    • Select your organization and click Choose Account.

Step 2: Grant Permissions

  1. Review Permissions:

    • A new screen will display the permissions required for the integration.

    • Permissions include access to contacts, companies, deals, and user data.

  2. Allow Access:

    • Click on Connect to grant the necessary permissions.

💫 Pro Tip: Don't be alarmed if the app shows as "unverified". This is a temporary status while HubSpot completes its verification process.

Step 3: Configure Field Mapping

  1. Field Mapping Setup:

    • After connecting, click on Configure.

    • Select Field Mapping to map Jeeva fields to HubSpot fields.

  2. Automatic Mapping:

    • Jeeva automatically maps default HubSpot fields to its own fields.

  3. Custom Fields:

    • If your HubSpot setup includes custom fields, add them in the field mapping section.

💫 Pro Tip: Ensure custom fields in Jeeva match those in HubSpot to avoid data discrepancies.

Step 4: Configure Data Push Settings

  1. Push Inbound Prospects:

    • Enable this setting to push all inbound leads from your website or automation into HubSpot as contacts.

  2. Push Outbound Contacts and Companies:

    • Choose to push contacts and companies generated through outbound automation.

    • Options include pushing contacts on first outreach or only on positive replies.

  3. Push Leads:

    • Enable this to push all prospects found by Jeeva into HubSpot as leads.

💫 Pro Tip: Select the "positive reply" option to maintain a cleaner and more relevant CRM database.

Step 5: Save and Finalize

  1. Save Configuration:

    • After setting up field mappings and data push preferences, click on Save.

  2. Test Integration:

    • Start an automation in Jeeva and verify that contacts and leads are correctly appearing in HubSpot.
