Step-by-Step Guide to Using the Dashboard
1️. Set Your Date Range
Select predefined ranges (Last 7 Days, Last Month) or create a custom window to analyze performance over specific periods.
2️. Review Overall Performance Trends
Scan the top-line metrics at a glance:
Total Outreach: Combined count of emails, LinkedIn requests, and chat sessions.
Total Opportunities: Number of leads that progressed to meaningful engagement.
3️. Compare Channels Side by Side
Use the channel comparison chart to see which outreach method drives the most engagement and conversions. Identify your highest-performing channel to focus resources where they matter most.
4️. Identify Anomalies & Opportunities
Spikes in outreach volume may indicate successful campaigns or events.
Dips can reveal delivery issues, seasonal slowdowns, or ineffective messaging.
5️. Drill Down for Details
Click any metric card or data point to navigate directly to that channel’s detailed analytics page (Emails, LinkedIn, or Chatbot) for deeper insights.
6️. Export & Share Insights
Click the Export button to download your dashboard as a CSV (for custom reporting) or PDF (for presentations and executive summaries).
Best Practices for Dashboard Analysis
Review weekly to catch issues early and capitalize on momentum.
Set baseline benchmarks to measure growth and performance improvements over time.
Schedule monthly stakeholder reports using exported PDF summaries.
