If you’re new to our platform

Step 1: Sign Up
As a first-time user, you can create your account in one of two ways:

• Sign up using your Gmail account, or

• Register by creating your own login credentials.

Once you complete the registration, a verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter this code to verify your email and activate your account.

If you’re already a member

Step 2: Sign In
Log in using the email address associated with your account and your password.

If you’re unsure which email is linked to your account

Step 3: Retrieve Your Email Address
If you can’t remember the email address connected to your account, simply reach out to our support team, and we’ll help you locate it.

If you’ve forgotten your password

Step 4: Reset Your Password
On the login page:

1. Click “Forgot Password?”

2. Follow the on-screen instructions

3. Check your email for a password reset code

4. Use the code to securely set a new password
