Overview

Unibox is your central hub for all outreach replies across email and LinkedIn. It organizes responses into categories (e.g., Interested, Out of Office), lets you filter by user, campaign, or inbox, and allows you to review, approve drafts, and reply directly, keeping every sales conversation in one place.

1. Accessing Unibox

  • From the left-hand navigation bar, click Unibox.

  • This is your central inbox for all sales communications - emails, LinkedIn replies, and campaign responses.

2. Unibox Overview

  • Emails Organized – Messages auto-categorized (e.g., Interested, Out of Office, Wrong Person).

  • Tabs

    • Emails – All email replies.

    • LinkedIn – LinkedIn Connect responses.

    • Add New Inbox – Connect new email accounts.

    • Settings – Manage sync and categories.

3. Filters in Unibox

  • Use filters to find and prioritize the right conversations:

    • User – See inboxes by specific team members.

    • Category – Interested, Bounce, Out of Office, etc.

    • Campaign – Track replies from a particular campaign.

    • Inbox – Filter by connected email inbox.

4. Reviewing Outreach & Replies

  • Each email thread shows:

    • Category label (e.g., Interested, Wrong Person).

    • Lead details (name, company, email, LinkedIn).

    • Campaign name tied to the outreach.

  • You can click Review, then reply, mark status, or remove leads from outreach.

5. Actions Inside Unibox

  • Reply directly within Unibox - Email

  • Re-categorize emails if AI labels them incorrectly.

  • Approve drafts generated by campaigns before sending.

  • Track by labels
