What is the “Auto-Expand Search” Feature?

On the Jeeva platform, the “Auto-Expand Search” feature allows the system to automatically broaden your search criteria to identify similar leads when a campaign concludes. This feature helps you discover additional potential leads by adjusting the search parameters, ensuring that your campaigns continue to reach the most relevant audience.

You can enable the "Auto-Expand Search" feature in the fourth step, under Schedule Settings, when creating an automation campaign.
