Overview

Once you’ve defined your ICP and product details, the next step is to personalize your outreach, and this lets you choose how Jeeva crafts and sends outreach. You can pick AI-Crafted, Template-Based, or DIY messaging. With AI-Crafted, you can set tone, language, preview drafts, and add follow-ups (Email or LinkedIn Connect) with chosen intervals.

Personalization Options

You can choose from 3 methods:

  1. AI-Crafted Personalization: Fast, automated, and highly personalized, but with less control over individual drafts.

  2. Template-Based Customization: Balanced option where AI drafts from templates, giving you control but limiting per-lead uniqueness.

  3. Tailored DIY Messaging: Full control and flexibility, but time-intensive for teams handling high lead volumes.

  1. AI-Crafted Personalization 

  • What it does: Jeeva generates unique, personalized messages for each lead automatically.

  • Pros:


    • Offers diverse messaging approaches


    • Enables testing multiple styles


    • Increases personalization at scale

  • Cons:


    • Less control since AI generates the drafts automatically

      When you select AI-Crafted Personalization, you get full control over:

  • Tone

    • Choose how your messages should sound.

    • Options include Professional, Friendly, Concise, Empathetic, Direct, and more




  • Outreach Language (English , Spanish, Portuguese)

    • Select the language in which all outreach will be generated.

Sending Methods

 Decide how your emails and LinkedIn outreach should be sent:

  1. High Deliverability Outreach (Recommended)

    • Emails are generated as drafts inside your inbox.

    • You can review and send manually to maximize inbox placement.

    • LinkedIn requests and InMail follow-ups are sent automatically.

  2. Automatic Sending

    • Jeeva sends all emails and LinkedIn requests automatically.

    • Best for speed and efficiency with minimal manual effort while doing outreach for a higher volume.

Adding Follow-Ups

  • You can build multi-step sequences with follow-ups.

  • Choose the interval of days between each step.

In AI-Crafted mode, you can use:

  • Email

  • LinkedIn Connect

Preview Drafts

This ensures outreach stays personalized, reviewable, and effective. Each sample AI-generated email can be previewed before sending.

2. Template-Based Customization

  • What it does: Jeeva creates reusable templates and adjusts details for each recipient.


  • Pros:
    • Provides consistency and control


    • AI drafts messages you can edit


    • Uniform changes apply to all recipients

  • Cons:


    • Limited individual customization per recipient


Outreach Type
Define the purpose of your campaign. Options include:

  • Sales Outreach – Engage prospects with tailored sales messaging.

  • Webinar Invite – Drive registrations and attendance for events.

  • In-Person Meeting Invite – Personalize invites for face-to-face sessions.

  • Customer Nurture – Build stronger relationships with existing customers.

  • Pipeline Nurture – Re-engage leads stuck in the funnel.

  • Follow-Up Campaign – Automate reminders to boost responses.

  • Feedback Campaign – Collect input and insights from your audience.



AI Icebreakers
Add dynamic, personalized intro lines that resonate with each lead. Examples include:

  • Personalized intro (custom to the prospect)

  • Competitor mention

  • Job title–specific challenges

  • Value proposition hooks

  • Industry or location references, and many more

Templates and Attachment 

  • Here, you can add and select templates for quick future use.


  • You can also attach documents via the icon highlighted.

Follow-Ups


Add multiple follow-up steps with intervals (e.g., 2 days apart).

Channels supported: Email, LinkedIn Connect, and LinkedIn InMail.

Note - You can either do outreach via LinkedIn Connect or LinkedIn Inmail at a time.

Preview Emails


Before launching, you can preview a sample draft to ensure tone, personalization, and placeholders are spot on. Here, you can also save a template for future use.

3. Tailored DIY Messaging 

  • What it does: You write and paste your own messages with placeholders.

  • Pros:


    • Complete control over messaging content


    • Highly tailored to individual leads


    • Lets your unique style and tone shine

  • Cons:
    • Requires more time and effort per message


You can also schedule follow-ups at your preferred intervals (e.g., after 2 days, 4 days), and preview each step before launch.

Sequence Steps

With DIY messaging, you decide the outreach flow:

  • Email – Write your custom email copy.

  • LinkedIn Connect – Add personalized LinkedIn connection requests.

  • LinkedIn InMail – Craft custom InMails to reach prospects directly.

Tip: This option is best for teams that already have messaging frameworks and just want to plug them into Jeeva AI while keeping control over tone and style.
