Overview

This is the first step of setting up your campaign after defining your ICP. Here, you provide essential details about your company and offering. Jeeva AI uses this information to generate tailored outreach messages that match your tone, style, and positioning.

Key Sections

  • Template Name

    • Save your setup with a unique name. This makes it easy to reuse this messaging template for future campaigns. You can also set up a number of different templates and select one of the templates for the outreach.

    • Now here, you have 2 options, either you can go for Start from scratch in which you will manually have to fill out all the information related to your product/service or you can simply go for Auto fill from your website in which the information would be scrapped off of your website.


  • Company Description

    • Enter a clear description of what your company does.


    • This helps Jeeva AI understand your positioning when creating outreach.


  • Product / Service Name

    • Specify the product or service being promoted.

    • Saved for future use in similar campaigns.


  • Call to Action (CTA)

    • Define the specific action you want prospects to take (e.g., book a demo, sign up, schedule a call).

  • Pain Points

    • List at least 3 key problems your product solves.

    • Example: Manual lead discovery wastes time and slows sales cycles.

  • Value Propositions

    • List at least 3 core benefits of using your solution.

    • Example: Automates lead discovery and enrichment, saving time and improving accuracy.

  • Proof Points

    • Share customer results, success stories, or differentiators.

    • Example: Trusted by companies in tech, finance, and healthcare to accelerate pipeline.


  • Successful Email Sample

    • Add a reference email that worked well in the past.

    • Jeeva AI will mirror its tone, style, and approach.

  • Excluded Words

    • List words or phrases you don’t want in your outreach (e.g., “free trial,” “limited offer”).
