Help Guide: Find Leads in Jeeva AI

Overview

The Find Leads workflow lets you define your ideal customer profile and instantly generate a verified list of prospects. You can filter by roles, companies, industries, and more, then enrich with emails, phone numbers and use AI agent to fetch information  in one go.

Step 1: Access Find Leads

●       From the dashboard, go to Find Leads under Most Used Workflows.

●       Click Use Workflow.

Step 2: Apply Filters

●       Add Job Title and Seniority to target the right decision makers.

●       (Optional) Use additional filters:

○       Company Names (include/exclude, or upload a list)

○       Contact Location

○       Intent Signals (e.g., recently promoted)

○       Industry Keywords

○       Company Headcount
 

Step 3: Lead List

●       Once filters are set, Jeeva shows a sample list of matching leads.

●        Click Generate Leads for the next steps.

Step 4: Review Your List

●       The system displays prospects in a structured grid with:

○       Name

○       Title

○       LinkedIn URL

○       Location

○       Company

●       Adjust lead volume (100, 500, or 1,000+) as needed.

Step 5: Next Actions

From here, you can:

●       Export the lead list →

●       Enroll in Campaign → Add selected leads to an outreach sequence.

●       Load More Leads → Expand your list.

●       Run Enrichment / Add Enrichment → Get verified work emails, phone numbers, or use AI agents for deeper insights.

✅ Tip: Use AI Agent for smart enrichment like “Show companies with recent funding” to unlock real-time intelligence.
