Overview

The Upload & Enrich Your Data workflow lets you bring in your existing prospect lists and instantly enrich them with Jeeva AI. Whether it’s a CSV, JSON, XML, or live database sync, Jeeva enhances your data with verified contact details for a higher match rate.

Step 1: Access the Workflow

●       From the dashboard, go to Find Leads → Upload & Enrich Your Data.

●       Click Use Workflow.

Step 2: Create a New Table

●       A setup window will appear asking how you’d like to start.

●       Choose one option:

○       Start with a new table

○       Paste table data

○       Import a CSV file

○       Import a JSON file

○       Import an XML file

○       Sync PostgreSQL table

●       Give your table a Name and click Add Table.

 ✅ Tip: Make sure that the uploaded table has proper headers.

Step 3: Upload & Map Your Data

●       Upload or paste your list into the new table.

●       Jeeva AI automatically detects key fields like Name, Title, Email, Phone, LinkedIn URL.

Step 4: Run Enrichment

●       Once your list is in place, click Add Enrichment and then Run Enrichment.

●       Select the enrichment type:

○       Work Email

○       Mobile Phone

○       Company Info

○       Use AI Agent to extract custom insights, etc.

Step 5: Review Results

●       Your table updates with enriched, verified data.

●       You can now:

○       Export the list

○       Enroll in Campaigns

○       Segment further with filters.

✅ Tip: For the highest accuracy, upload company domains along with names. Jeeva will use them to boost match rates.
