How to Integrate Outlook with Jeeva AI

Connecting your Outlook to Jeeva AI takes less than a minute, and unlocks powerful features.

✅ Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Head to Unibox Settings
    Log in to your Jeeva dashboard and click on Unibox in the left navigation panel then head to Unibox Settings.

  2. Click “Connect New Inbox”
    Select Microsoft 365 (Outlook) as your provider.

  3. Sign In to Your Outlook Account
    A secure Microsoft login window will pop up. Enter your Outlook credentials and proceed.


  4. Approve Permissions
    Jeeva will request access to view and manage your inbox.
    (This enables Jeeva to fetch meeting details, prep notes, and set availability.)

⚠️ Facing Issues While Connecting?


Some Outlook accounts, especially those tied to your organization or company, may have admin restrictions.

If you encounter a block or error message:

  • Reach out to your IT administrator

  • Request admin approval to grant Jeeva AI access
