Overview
The Add Signals workflow allows you to track dynamic updates on your leads, such as job changes, promotions, and news mentions. This keeps your database fresh and ensures outreach is always relevant and timely.

Step 1: Access the Workflow
From the dashboard, go to Enrich Leads → Add Signals.
Click Use Workflow.

Step 2: Choose Data Source
You’ll be prompted to select how to start:
Upload a New Table → Import a CSV or Excel file.
Pick an Existing Table → Use a previously saved table for enrichment.

Step 3: Configure Signal Tracking
Select which signals you want to track (job changes, promotions, news mentions).
Jeeva AI will continuously monitor and update your table with fresh insights.
Step 4: Run Enrichment
Click Continue to activate signal tracking.
Jeeva will begin appending signals to your existing lead data in real time.
Step 5: Review & Next Actions
Review your enriched table with added signals. From here, you can:
Filter by signals to identify hot prospects.
Export updated lists for sales and marketing.
Enrol enriched leads into targeted campaigns.
✅ Tip: Use signals to trigger hyper-personalized outreach—for example, congratulating a prospect on a promotion or referencing their company’s latest news in your opener.
