Overview

The Verify Email Address workflow allows you to instantly confirm whether an email address is valid and active. This ensures your outreach list is clean, improves deliverability, and reduces bounce rates.

Step 1: Access the Workflow

• From the dashboard, go to Enrich Leads → Verify Email Address

• Click Use Workflow

Step 2: Provide Email(s)

• Enter one or multiple email addresses into the input field

• Example: stephen@lightsavingsolutions.com, simi.hundal@konghq.com

Step 3: Run Verification

• Click on the arrow to start the process

• Jeeva AI will check the email(s) against validation protocols and databases

Step 4: Next Actions

After verification, you can:

• Export the verified list for campaigns

• Combine with enrichment workflows such as adding phone numbers, LinkedIn, or signals
