Enrich Existing Records in Your CRM
Keep your CRM data accurate by enriching existing contacts with the latest emails, phones, and company details.

Overview
The Enrich Existing Records in Your CRM workflow allows you to sync and enrich CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) with updated data. This ensures improved accuracy, better segmentation, and smarter sales outreach.

Step 1: Access the Workflow
From the dashboard, go to Enrich Leads → Enrich Existing Records in Your CRM.
Click Use Workflow.\

Step 2: Connect Your CRM
If not already connected, you’ll be prompted to connect your CRM.
Choose from available integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Click Connect and log in with your CRM credentials.


Step 3: Authorize & Configure
Authorize Jeeva to fetch and update data.
Select the objects/tables you’d like to enrich (e.g., Leads, Contacts).
Set field mapping so Jeeva knows which data fields to update.


✅ Tip: Use de-duplication settings to prevent duplicate records from being created when enriching data across multiple sources.
