Overview

The Enrich Lead(s) from Email Address workflow allows you to provide one or more email addresses and instantly uncover detailed lead insights. This helps validate contacts and enrich existing records for smarter outreach.

Step 1: Access the Workflow

• From the dashboard, go to Enrich Leads → Enrich Lead(s) from Email Address.

• Click Use Workflow.

Step 2: Choose Data Source

You’ll be prompted to select how to start:

• Upload a New Table → Import a CSV or Excel file with email addresses.

• Pick an Existing Table → Use a previously saved table for enrichment.

Step 3: Configure File (if uploading)

• Ensure your file includes a column with valid email addresses.

• Jeeva AI will automatically map the fields required for enrichment.

Step 4: Run Enrichment

• Click Continue to run enrichment.

• Jeeva AI will append detailed insights for each email provided.

Step 5: Review & Next Actions

Once enrichment is complete, you can:

• Review results with appended lead insights.

• Export enriched data to your system.

• Use enriched leads directly in campaigns or further workflows.
