Overview

The Find Anyone’s Email and Phone Number workflow lets you enter a name, domain, or job title to fetch a verified email address and phone number - ideal for fast, one-off lookups or small batches.

Step 1: Access the Workflow

• From the dashboard, go to Enrich Leads → Find Anyone’s Email and Phone Number.

• Click Use Workflow

Step 2: Enter Input

Provide any of the following to identify the person:

• Name (e.g., “Jordan Patel”)

• LinkedIn URL (e.g., linkedin.com/in/...)

• Company domain (e.g., acme.com)

• Job title (optional, to narrow results)

Step 3: Configure (Optional)

• Add company or location to disambiguate common names.

• Choose to return email, phone, or both (if selectable in your UI).

Step 4: Run Search

Click Find (or Continue) to run the lookup.

The system will return verified contact details where available.

Step 5: Review & Next Actions

Review the returned email and phone results. From here, you can:

• Copy or export the contact information.

✅ Tip: When starting with a LinkedIn URL, include a company or domain if the person has multiple roles listed, this improves match confidence.
