Overview

The Enrich Lead Lists with Emails workflow allows you to upload a list of prospects and discover verified email addresses. This ensures higher match rates and accurate outreach at scale.

Step 1: Access the Workflow

• From the dashboard, go to Enrich Leads → Enrich Lead Lists with Emails.

• Click Use Workflow.

Step 2: Choose Data Source

• You’ll be prompted to select how to start:

  • Upload a New Table → Import a CSV or Excel file.

  • Pick an Existing Table → Use a previously saved table for enrichment.

Step 3: Upload & Configure

• If uploading, ensure your file includes key identifiers (e.g., Name, Company, Domain).

• Jeeva AI will automatically map fields for enrichment.

Step 4: Add Enrichment

• Click Continue to add enrichment.

• The system will populate verified email addresses with a high match rate.

Step 5: Review & Next Actions

• Review the enriched table with appended email data.

• From here, you can:

  • Export the list

  • Enrol leads into campaigns

  • Add more enrichment layers (e.g., phone numbers, signals)
