INTRODUCTION
Automating campaigns in Jeeva AI streamlines outreach, but sometimes automations get stuck, freeze, or drafts won’t be sent. Use this checklist to review all the points that can prevent an automation from starting or running, and resolve issues efficiently before escalating to support.
STEP-BY-STEP TROUBLESHOOTING CHECKLIST
1. CHECK LEAD AVAILABILITY AND FILTERS
If you see the message “No new leads found for the automation, all leads for the given ICP are enrolled,” it means all eligible leads have already been added or the filters are too narrow.
Go to Campaigns in the navigation bar. Use the campaign progress icon to check for errors or enrolment steps.
If your automation targets, for example, 8,000 leads but only 5,000 have matchable info, only those get enrolled and the rest of your credits are returned.
2. REVIEW DEDUPLICATION AND DNC LIST SETTINGS
Deduplication across teams is ON by default, so duplicate leads or those present in other active campaigns won’t be enrolled.
If you’ve fed domains/emails into a DNC (Do Not Contact) list, those leads are skipped in the automation.
Verify whether you toggled “Verified Leads”. Only verified leads are enrolled if this is set.
3. DRAFTS AND AUTOMATION SETUP
If the automation setup wasn’t completed, it’s stored in Drafts.
Drafts not sending may stem from: missing/incorrect headers in your uploaded lists, unresolved errors in step 3 of setup, or incomplete configuration.
Check the automation steps for review or approval errors, if the review and approve icon is disabled, automation might run in the background, or setup wasn’t fully completed.
4. ERROR MESSAGES AND SUPPORT OPTIONS
If you encounter:
“An error occurred during the automation”:
Use the chatbot (bottom right corner), email support@jeeva.ai, or contact support directly.
“No unique leads found in the sequence”:
Check campaign progress for step errors; deduplication may have excluded all potential leads.
“Unable to draft email”:
Go back to the third step of automation setup, fix any indicated issues, and if it persists, take a screenshot and reach out to support.
“No LinkedIn account associated with selected Unibox email”:
Make sure your LinkedIn account has a dedicated email connected to Unibox so Jeeva can send outreach properly.
Headers not properly defined in uploaded list:
Re-upload your list with correct, clearly labeled headers matching Jeeva’s requirements.
Daily LinkedIn outreach limit exceeded:
Wait until limits reset before resuming automation.
5. GENERAL CHECKS
If automation is running in the background, check campaign progress icon and updates before assuming it's stuck.
If automation never started or “Review and Approve” is disabled, verify that all setup steps, integrations, and mappings were completed successfully.
SUMMARY
Start troubleshooting stuck automations or unsent drafts by checking lead filters, deduplication, and DNC exclusions. Review campaign progress, setup steps, email or LinkedIn associations, and upload formats. Many issues can be resolved by inspecting error messages and correcting configuration missteps. For persistent problems or system errors, contact Jeeva support, always include relevant screenshots, campaign names, and a brief description of what you’ve already tried.
By working through this checklist, you’ll quickly identify and resolve most automation hiccups, keeping your outreach campaigns moving smoothly in Jeeva AI.
