SEARCHING FOR LEADS AND APPLYING FILTERS
Jeeva’s Find Leads feature helps you discover prospects by applying filters such as location, industry, company size, and job title. You can also enrich the results using integrated data sources, giving you added details to make your outreach smarter.
Tip: If you don’t see any results when you apply filters, it usually means the criteria are too narrow or conflicting. Start with broader filters and gradually refine your search to avoid missing potential leads.
PAGINATION AND LEAD COUNTS
When viewing your lead list, you may notice the number of leads displayed on each page doesn’t exactly match the total estimated count shown at the top. This happens because the total is an estimate that includes all matching leads, but as you navigate pages, some leads might get skipped due to deduplication rules, updates to lead data, or removals.
To see beyond the first 100 leads, use the Load More Leads button. You can choose to load 100, 500, or 1000 leads at a time and keep loading until you have accessed the full list available.
DEDUPLICATION: HOW JEEVA KEEPS YOUR LEAD LISTS CLEAN
Jeeva automatically removes duplicate leads based on unique identifiers like email addresses or LinkedIn URLs. This deduplication helps prevent wasting credits and outreach efforts on the same contact multiple times.
Deduplication is always enabled and cannot be turned off within Jeeva to maintain clean and efficient lead lists.
If you do need to work with duplicates (for testing or other purposes), you can export the raw data and handle duplicates outside Jeeva by re-importing it manually.
Deduplication also works across active campaigns within your workspace and, if enabled, across all teams within your organization, preventing duplicate outreach efforts.
When duplicates are detected, affected leads are automatically removed from the current workflows and marked to avoid repeated outreach.
You can still manually re-add leads removed by deduplication by adjusting the deduplication settings accordingly.
UPLOADING LEADS VIA CSV AND FILE SCHEMA
You can upload lead lists into Jeeva by going to the Home Page and clicking Upload and Enrich your Data. Supported file formats include CSV, JSON, and XML.
Upload your file, name the table, and map your columns to Jeeva fields such as Name, Company, or Company Domain.
While no fields are strictly required, the richer the data you provide, the better the AI can enrich your leads.
If you don’t map certain columns, those fields will simply be ignored during the import.
TROUBLESHOOTING FILE UPLOADS
Common reasons uploads fail include:
Missing headers in the file or incorrect file format
Blank values in critical fields such as names, company names, or LinkedIn URLs
Special characters or improper formatting in cells
Making sure your file is properly formatted with clear headers and consistent data helps avoid issues.
ENRICHING LEADS AFTER SEARCH OR UPLOAD
Once you have leads in Jeeva, whether found through search or uploaded, enrich them by selecting the leads and clicking Add Enrichment.
Choose the data fields you want to add, map your columns where relevant, and save.
Start enrichment with a small batch to test, watch new columns like Work Email or Phone Number populate, and even apply custom AI prompts to extract additional insights.
Sometimes a lead might still have missing info due to lack of publicly available data or out-of-coverage areas.
EXPORTING LEADS
You can download your filtered or enriched leads as CSV files anytime. Large exports may take longer to process but allow you to work offline or import leads into other tools.
