INTRODUCTION
Signing in to Jeeva AI with Google or Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) is quick and secure, letting you skip remembering extra passwords. By clicking Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft, you can select your account and grant permissions via OAuth, the same secure protocol used by both providers.
In some cases, browser settings, security policies, or account configurations can prevent the login from completing smoothly. This guide walks you through how to set up SSO successfully, avoid common loops, and resolve verification problems so you can log in without interruptions.
STARTING THE LOGIN PROCESS
On the Jeeva login page, choose the Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft option.
Select your account, allow the required permissions, and wait for the service to complete authentication.
If you use multiple browsers or windows, ensure you are signing in with the correct account in the same browser session where you opened Jeeva.
ENSURING YOUR BROWSER IS READY FOR SSO
Modern Single Sign-On requires that your browser store and pass cookies properly between Jeeva and Google/Microsoft.
Go into your browser’s cookie settings and make sure cookies are enabled.
Add jeeva.ai to the allowed sites list so that browser privacy modes don’t block it.
Enable third-party cookies, especially for Gmail logins where OAuth uses cookies across domains.
If you are using Same Site cookie settings in strict mode, adjust them to allow Jeeva cookies so the login process can complete without interruptions.
AVOIDING LOGIN LOOPS
Login loops usually occur when the browser cannot hold your SSO session.
To avoid them:
Sign out of other Google or Microsoft accounts in your browser before logging in to Jeeva.
Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions temporarily as they can interfere with authentication pop-ups.
If necessary, try logging in using an incognito or private browser window, ensuring that third-party cookies are enabled there too.
OVERCOMING GOOGLE VERIFICATION BLOCKERS
If your login stalls or keeps requesting verification, your browser or a security extension may be preventing Google from finalizing the sign-in. To fix this:
Temporarily disable strict privacy or anti-tracking extensions.
Allow pop-ups for jeeva.ai.
Enable tracking protection exceptions for Google and Microsoft login pages.
HANDLING PASSWORD CHANGES AND SESSION RESETS
When you change your Google or Microsoft password, the old authentication token becomes invalid.
To get back in:
Log out of Jeeva.
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
Log back in using the Sign in with Google or Microsoft button to create a new secure session.
WHEN USING JEEVA ON MOBILE
SSO works on mobile browsers as well as desktop, but you must be signed in to your Google or Microsoft account in the browser or have the official app installed to complete the authentication process.
IF YOUR ORGANIZATION BLOCKS SSO
Some companies enforce security policies that block external Google or Microsoft logins. If this happens, ask your IT administrator to whitelist jeeva.ai and enable OAuth connections for your account.
