INTRODUCTION

Managing credits in Jeeva AI is essential for seamless lead enrichment, outreach, and campaign activities. Whether you’re on a trial, paid plan, or scaling up, understanding how credits work helps maximize your sales efficiency and prevents disruptions. This guide walks you through how credits are used, reflected, and resolved when issues arise.

HOW ARE CREDITS USED?

Credits serve as the core currency for major actions in Jeeva AI. You spend credits for:

  • Enriching leads:

    • 1 credit per lead for email enrichment

    • 2 credits per lead for verified phone enrichment

  • Campaign enrolment:

    • 6 credits per lead for enrolling in outreach (LinkedIn or email)

  • Example:
    Enriching a lead with both email and phone = 3 credits total.

Credits are deducted instantly once each action is processed.

WHEN DO CREDITS UPDATE IN MY ACCOUNT?

Your credits update automatically and instantly:

  • After a purchase or upgrade

  • As soon as a credit-consuming action completes

Note: Occasionally, there may be a brief sync delay. If you don’t see your updated balance, refresh your dashboard or log out and back in.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU UPGRADE YOUR PLAN?

  • Any remaining credits from your old plan carry over to your upgraded balance.

  • Your billing cycle date may change.

  • If credits do not update:

    • Log out and back in.

    • If still not resolved, reach out to support via Intercom/email for help.

FIXING “INSUFFICIENT CREDITS” ERRORS (WHEN YOU HAVE CREDITS LEFT)

This error might appear even if your balance looks correct. Common causes:

  • You’ve enrolled more leads than your credits allow

  • The action requires more credits than you have left

  • There’s a temporary sync delay

Solutions:

  • Confirm the credits required for your action.

  • Refresh dashboard or relog.

  • If unresolved, contact support.


  • CREDITS AFTER TRIAL ENDS


  • Unused trial credits expire unless stated otherwise.

  • If you upgrade before the trial ends, unused trial credits roll into your paid balance.

  • Once the trial expires, an active paid plan is needed to use credits.

CREDITS MISSING AFTER UPGRADE OR PURCHASE

  • Refresh your dashboard or log out/in.

  • Check billing history for successful payment.

  • If credits remain missing, contact support for a manual check/fix.

DO CREDITS EXPIRE?

  • Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.

  • Unused credits do NOT roll over (unless specified).

  • Promotional/bonus credits may have shorter expiry, check accompanying terms.

WHERE TO VIEW YOUR CREDIT USAGE & BILLING DETAILS

To check Credit Usage:

  • Go to Navigation Bar → Your Initials → Credit Usage

  • View purchase dates, renewal date, actions performed, credits deducted, and current balance.

To check Plan & Billing:

  • Go to Navigation Bar → Your Initials → Plans & Billing

  • View current plan, payment method and settings, next invoice date.

  • Free trial duration: 14 days

  • Credits: 100 credits usable across all supported features.

TROUBLESHOOTING COMMON CREDIT PROBLEMS

PROBLEM: CREDITS MISSING AFTER UPGRADE OR PURCHASE

  • Refresh dashboard or relog

  • Check billing/payment history

  • Contact support if still unresolved

PROBLEM: "INSUFFICIENT CREDITS" ERROR

  • Double-check credits needed per action

  • Make sure your balance covers desired actions

  • Wait and refresh if sync delay; contact support if persistent
