INTRODUCTION
Managing your Jeeva AI subscription is simple once you understand where to access plan settings and how billing behaves during changes. Whether you’re upgrading to unlock more credits, downgrading to a smaller plan, or moving from a trial into a paid account, Jeeva supports seamless transitions with proration for fair billing. This guide walks through the upgrade/downgrade process, and important steps to avoid disruptions.
1. UPGRADING YOUR PLAN
To upgrade:
Go to the Navigation Bar → Upgrade Now → Choose Plan.
Select between Individual plans (with optional Power Packs\Credit Boosters) or Enterprise plans for team-wide scale.
Confirm the plan change, new credits and features become available instantly.
2. DOWNGRADING YOUR PLAN
To downgrade:
Go to the Navigation Bar → Pricing → Choose Plan.
Select a smaller plan that meets your needs.
Downgrade takes effect at your next billing cycle unless you force the change earlier.
⚠️ If you cancel and disconnect completely, any active automations or integrations must be closed first to avoid a “force disconnect” situation where campaigns are frozen but unsynced. Clear campaigns before downgrading.
3. REFERRAL CREDITS AND POWER PACKS
Referral credits never expire, even when switching plans. To refer: Navigation Bar → Account → Referral.
On individual plans, you can enhance capacity through Credit Boosters without changing your base plan.
4. TRIALS → PAID CONVERSIONS
All new accounts start with a 14-day trial including 100 credits.
Unused trial credits do not roll over unless you upgrade before the trial ends.
To move to paid: upgrade through Navigation Bar → Upgrade Now, select a plan, and your trial account converts seamlessly without losing historical data.
5. COMMON ISSUES AND FIXES
Difficulty locating upgrade/downgrade:
Upgrade: Navigation Bar → Upgrade Now
Downgrade: Navigation Bar → Account→ Pricing
Cancel → force disconnect needed: Always deactivate automations and unlink integrations first before canceling. Otherwise, campaigns may become stuck.
