If you prefer writing your own outreach messages from scratch, Jeeva AI’s Tailored DIY Messaging option is the best choice. This method gives you complete control over the content, tone, and personalization while still letting you insert dynamic placeholders for each prospect.
Why Use Tailored DIY Messaging?
✍️ Full Creative Control: Write your own message exactly as you’d like it.
🎯 Personalized Outreach: Add placeholders like prospect first name, company, or job title for each lead.
🔄 Flexible Campaigns: Perfect for unique use cases like niche outreach, event invites, or highly customized sequences.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Navigate to Step 3: Personalization
After defining your ICP and product info, go to the Personalization stage.
Select Tailored DIY Messaging from the available options:
• AI-Crafted Personalization
• Template-Based Customization
• Tailored DIY Messaging (✔ ideal for full control)
2. Write Your Own Email Content
You’ll now see the sequence editor where you can build your emails.
• Start with a subject line that’s clear and compelling.
• Write your email body directly into the editor.
• Add personalization variables like:
- Prospect first name
- Prospect company
- Prospect job title
💡 Pro Tip: Keep emails short and direct (100–150 words).
3. Use Editing Tools for Better Outreach
Inside the editor, you can:
• Insert Variables: Personalize greetings (e.g., “Hi [prospect first name]”).
• Add Spintax: Rotate phrases to avoid repetitive patterns.
• Save as Templates: Store your DIY drafts for future campaigns.
• Include Icebreakers: Add context-based intros when needed.
4. Add Multi-Channel Steps (Optional)
Go beyond email and build a complete outreach sequence:
• LinkedIn Connect requests
Click + Add Step → choose your outreach type → customize your step.
5. Save and Preview
• Use Preview Email to check how your DIY message looks with real prospect data.
• Verify placeholders resolve correctly (e.g., “Hi Sarah” instead of “Hi”).
• Once ready, hit Save & Next to proceed to Step 4 (Schedule Settings).
