Steps for LinkedIn Automation

1. Prepare for Automation

  • Ensure your inbox is connected in Unibox.

  • Make sure your LinkedIn account is successfully connected to the platform.

2. Start the Workflow

  • Go to Home Page > Outreach and click Use Workflow under Ongoing Campaign.

3. Step 1 – Precision Targeting

  • Add your filters (or use Sales Navigator).

  • Click Save and Next.

4. Step 2 – Company Details (Review Your Product)

  • Fill in your company description and other relevant details so the AI can learn more about your product.

  • Click Save and Next.

5. Step 3 – Template Selection (Personalization Stage)

  • Choose Template-based.

  • Under Add Step, select LinkedIn Connect and/or LinkedIn InMail.

  • Add your messages, set wait times, and proceed to the next step.

6. Step 4 – Scheduling Settings

  • Set your schedule and add the email linked with your LinkedIn account.

  • Click Review and Approve to finalize the workflow.
